x+why select Anabas for a 3-year TFM contract

Anabas has been awarded a new three-year TFM contract by x+why, the UK’s first flexible co-working space.

Anabas provide FM support at the serviced offices in Whitechapel, London, and are responsible for performing hard and soft facilities management services including reactive and planned maintenance works, cleaning, reception and helpdesk support.

Anabas was awarded the contract based on its customer-focused approach along with its extensive experience in providing FM services to corporate office occupiers.

Rupert Dean, CEO of x+why commented: “Anabas successfully completed a thorough procurement process, and we are delighted to be working with them. They have the specialist experience required and a genuine understanding of our business.”

This contract win follows other recent wins for Anabas in the legal and banking sectors.
