Facilities Management specialist, Anabas has continued to extend its reach in the delivery of facilities management to high quality office space, through a number of recent renewals and wins with a variety of corporate clients over recent months.

The boutique facilities management business was recently awarded a new contract with AbbVie, to deliver Facilities Management to the global biopharmaceuticals business. Anabas will support AbbVie in managing a range of facilities services at the company’s new UK headquarters in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The new contract includes the provision of facilities management including; M&E maintenance, cleaning, reception, security, catering, grounds maintenance and other related workplace services.

Further to this, Anabas has also secured an extension to its existing contract with leading global accountancy firm Moore Stephens, which it has been working with since 2010. Following the firm’s recent merger with Chantrey Vellacott, Anabas will now provide mechanical and electrical services to a further three buildings in Reading, Birmingham and Northampton.

Alistair Craig, Managing Director of Anabas commented:
“We are delighted that we have retained and grown our existing business with Moore Stephens and look forward to working with them over the coming months to support FM provision across their estates. The new business that we have secured with AbbVie is completely on strategy for us as a business and we are excited about working with them to deliver a high quality facilities management service to support the business as it develops.”
