Anabas opens new opportunities for aspiring facilities managers

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new apprenticeship scheme, in partnership with Grey Seal Academy which will provide a number of opportunities to all.

The Grey Seal Academy apprenticeship scheme will be delivered to a group of current employees at Anabas who will have access to a training programme that will provide essential on the job training and work experience in the corporate office environment.

The full-time apprentices will finish the programme with a Level 3 apprenticeship in Facilities Management, giving participants the qualifications and practical experience needed to succeed in FM.

Kirsty Gaunt, learning & development manager at Anabas, commented: “We are delighted to be working with Grey Seal Academy to offer a high-quality apprenticeship scheme which will lead to rewarding and sustainable careers, creating the next generation of Facilities Managers at Anabas. As a business, we are passionate about guiding and supporting our people, and we’re particularly pleased we are able to develop talent from within through this apprenticeship scheme.”

All apprentices will benefit from Anabas’ expert training to ensure they’re able to unlock their potential and prepare for the next stage in their career.

Kelly Van Sluys, contract administrator at Anabas who is completing the apprentice scheme, commented: “This is a great opportunity for me to develop my skills and career at Anabas. I am enjoying gaining relevant work experience and constantly gaining knowledge to further my career.”
