Mark Cooper - Managing Director.
Responsible for leading Anabas’ long-term strategic direction Mark oversees a number of areas to ensure Anabas is delivering unrivalled service to its clients. After leaving the Royal Navy and qualifying as a chartered surveyor, property & facilities roles followed with Cable & Wireless, Comcast, PepsiCo and T-Mobile.
This client-side experience drove Mark to establish Anabas and develop a more tailored, client-focused FM provider.

Phil Sugden - Operations Director.
With ultimate responsibility for all elements of Anabas’ service delivery, Phil is currently leading an operational excellence programme to streamline processes, providing a platform for expansion and continuously improving service levels. Having always been based in facilities roles, Phil's experience includes the delivery of the full range of FM services with both small and FTSE 100 companies. This strong operational background includes previous roles with Williams Lea and Glendale Managed Services.
Malcolm Metcalfe - Finance Director.
Overseeing financial and procurement activities Malcolm is charged with ensuring the sound financial management of Anabas, driving value both across Anabas and for our clients. Malcolm and his team work to develop and refine financial systems, oversee budgets, and liaise with suppliers. With a strong background in the business services sector, Malcolm has sat as an executive board director at a number of blue-chip companies and is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Doug Bacon - Head of Sales & Marketing.
Doug co-ordinates Anabas’ marketing and sales functions ensuring consistency of brand and communications message across all areas of Anabas’ operation. Responsible for developing and implementing strategy that complements growth targets, 2010 has seen the launch of Anabas' own twitter and greater integration of social media. A marketing graduate, Doug started his career as a retail sales manager working within the multiple sector. Following an account management role for a full-service marketing agency specialising in B2B communications Doug joined Anabas as Marketing Manager in 2007.
