MTV Networks is the largest television network in the world and a leading creator of content across all media platforms. Part of the Viacom Group, MTV is the world’s most watched television network and the leading multimedia brand for youth.

The project

Anabas provides some of the most high profile FM services at MTV Network Europe sites in London including reception, security, mailroom and cleaning with the remit of improving service levels whilst reducing the overall cost. Anabas initially concentrated on putting the right level of account management and supervision in place, restructuring the team and overlaying the correct systems and processes to ensure that agreed KPI, KPO and service levels are met month on month.

MTV now enjoys consistent levels of service across all sites, one point of contact for facilities
services, higher levels of productivity, a single monthly invoice, helpdesk support, immediate
troubleshooting, performance measurement and accurate, timely management information.
In summary, facilities management is now a well respected, re-energised, efficient function aligned to helping MTV meet its business targets.
