There’s much more to M&E maintenance than just looking after and managing your building systems. It’s about managing your assets and maintaining the investment you’ve made in your buildings. That’s why we do everything we can to help.
Our engineers are a multi-talented bunch. They work hard to get to know everything about your Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance needs and compliance so you can relax in the knowledge that you’re in safe hands.
Our teams are armed with the skills and expertise required to assess and maintain all your M&E plant and equipment; critical power, cooling, lighting, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation systems, LV and HV electrical distribution, boiler maintenance, generators, fire and intruder alarms, CCTV, lifts and escalators and water treatment. You name it, they’re probably well versed in it.
Services we provide include; planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, health and safety, minor works and projects, catering/kitchen equipment, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, compliance works, statutory tests, including portable appliance testing (PAT), fixed wire testing and periodic tests.
The business takes a different approach to it's engineers
and interacts with each engineer on a very personal level.
With a focus on corporate offices, we work with clients who need a high quality facilities
management service for their premium office space. Working across a variety of sectors
where the workspace really matters, gives us a unique insight into the individual needs of
clients working within these specific sectors.
“We needed a professional FM supplier to provide the appropriate level and responsiveness of service and Anabas fill that space in the market. They have an approach and ethos to the service that matches the needs of Tribal and work flexibly, in partnership, to deliver the appropriate professional service. The Anabas engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance at our offices are excellent and receive high praise from all of our Office Managers.”

“I just wanted to acknowledge what a fantastic first week we have had in Abbvie House and to thank you for your contribution.
I think the smooth running of the building this week is credit to the team you have created and leadership. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the team.”
