Our Helpdesk is integral to the provision, management and monitoring of our services, acting as the central hub for service delivery information.  We utilise the latest in Facilities Management software to manage and co-ordinate works meaning full integration and online access is available.


However, we also believe an intelligent, online managed solution is no substitute for the ability to have a professional, efficient and reassuring voice at the end of the phone.  A permanently manned, live and available helpdesk service, the Anabas helpdesk is UK based and operates 24/7. Providing a single point of contact for anyone involved in managing your site, all information is held centrally ensuring a more proactive and co-ordinated service.

 

We ensure each client is issued with a unique number and the greeting and close of the call can be tailored to reflect your individual needs or company identity.  Helpdesk data feeds both management and service line reports that measure the success rate of call-outs, priority compliance, accrual information as well as helpdesk statistics such as average answer time and call handle rates.

 

Our Facilities Management software ensures each request is logged and then channelled through to the appropriate department or individual.  We ensure our operators keep accurate records and are well informed about any special issues or sensitive areas. Answers to queries are fed back to the originator of the enquiry, suggestions passed on and the job closed down following successful completion.  The full history of the job is monitored and ranked.

 

Centralised health and safety / loss prevention reporting

Anabas is able to offer a centralised health and safety and/or loss prevention reporting system through its helpdesk facility. Using a specially designed and tailored database, we are able to capture all the information about a specific incident or accident.  For multiple-site organisation's information from across the portfolio in one sophisticated database can prove invaluable for tracking trends and improving an organisations health and safety record.  This management information can be provided in tailored reports at set frequencies to suit your organisation and support its internal processes.
