Our philosophy for post room services is to deliver the most effective solution at a cost effective price while maintaining excellent standards. We achieve this through:

The main areas of duty are:
Post room – the management of inbound and outbound internal and external mail letters and parcels
Porterage – ‘lift and shift’ of heavy and bulky items within the buildings.
Couriers – booking and handling mail using express courier firms |
Generally, post room staff will:
- Follow the set delivery/collection schedules
- Order and organise consumables - envelopes, internal mail envelopes, franking labels, franking ink, parcel tape, bubble wrap, brown paper and stationery.
- Dispatch by external mail all external mail from final collection points and all mail received directly to the post room
- Oversee collection by external mail
- Dispatch outgoing parcels and deliver incoming goods
- Dispatch outgoing, and deliver incoming, courier items
- Monitor mail charges of all out going post
- Maintain accurate records for client and in-house charging
- Open mail to facilitate mail-orientated departments
- Collect items left at reception overnight
