Fabric Maintenance
Looking after a building can present a whole range of issues from broken windows, to a leaking roof to putting up a picture.
Understanding customer needs and structuring the correct level of support is key for the maintenance and improvement of buildings. Scheduling works during quieter periods minimises disruption to our customers business. We keep costs to a minimum by maximising the use of resources.
We provide a broad range of building fabric maintenance services in a systemised way to maximise efficiency and reduce down-time for our customers. This is done either through dedicated site-specific handymen or using our mobile network of general handymen or more specialised resources who undertake both planned and reactive fabric maintenance.
