Anabas appoints Non Executive board

Anabas has announced the recent formation of a Non-Executive Board, with the appointment of two Non-Executive Directors. Sean Cooper and Karen Walls both join with immediate effect.
Sean Cooper, currently an operating partner at Better Capital, has over twenty years' experience across a range of sectors with previous roles including; Group management board member with Connaught plc, Group transformation director with BAA and COO at Gatwick Airport.
Karen Walls, an independent consultant and member of the CIPD, joins the Non-Executive Board with a strong background in organisation design and development, and people development, with companies such as Ford Motor Company, Accenture and Hay Group.
Announcing the appointments, Mark Cooper, Anabas Managing Director said: “The appointment of Non-Executives to Anabas represents a milestone for us as a company as we continue our evolution and drive focus towards providing forward-thinking FM solutions to the retail, commercial and leisure sectors. I'm delighted that Karen and Sean will be joining Anabas. They bring a vast amount of experience in their individual areas of expertise and original, questioning attitudes.’
