Anabas has announced a trio of maintenance contract wins with the expansion of its facilities management contract with Robert Dyas to include planned and reactive store maintenance and helpdesk services to its 100 Store UK Portfolio.

Anabas will provide a centralised helpdesk service co-ordinating mechanical and electrical maintenance and fabric works for the home and garden specialist.  Additionally Anabas will provide ongoing floor maintenance services.  These addition to its window cleaning service, which it has been providing since July 2008.
In selecting Anabas as its preferred FM supplier, following a competitive tender process involving three other providers, Robert Dyas recognised the best fit with Anabas’ flexibility and the bespoke delivery model it developed for them.  The contract will see Anabas self-deliver the core service elements such as Helpdesk, while utilising Robert Dyas’ existing contractor base for specialist areas.
In addition, Anabas have secured contracts with fashion retailer Fred Perry for reactive maintenance and the Design Council for planned and reactive works, expanding its maintenance delivery capacity.
