Anabas, has announced an expansion of its portfolio of corporate clients through three recent contract wins. Anabas will be providing an integrated approach to FM for companies Moelis, Moore Stephens and The Mathworks.
Anabas has been able to focus its broad areas of expertise and its flexibility to meet the needs of the three new contracts. Moelis, a City-based investment bank will receive planned and reactive maintenance, cleaning, pest control and helpdesk services. Moore Stephens, a City-based accountancy and business advisory company is benefiting from planned and reactive maintenance supported by Anabas’ helpdesk. Meanwhile Anabas will provide US technical software developer,The Mathworks, with cleaning, planned and reactive maintenance, helpdesk and security services at their UK head office in Cambridge.
Anabas provides a comprehensive facilities management package, tailored to each of its customers’ needs, with service and service level agreements driving its dedication to customer satisfaction.
Due to the prominent nature of the three corporate office sites, all UK head offices, Anabas needed to devise an integrated facilities management package for each, that met the unique requirements of each organisation on a daily basis.
With customer support managed through Anabas’ helpdesk, there is a focus on putting the customer first in a collaborative approach to contract management. To this end, Anabas has also appointed one of its Senior Regional Managers to each of the new clients, to provide site based support, day-to-day account management and to drive innovation.
Mark Cooper, Managing Director of Anabas, commented, “Our heartland is working for small to medium sized commercial organisations, where an outsourced and fully integrated approach to non-core business activities may be a new or as yet un-tried concept, but where such an approach, underpinned by our passionate approach to customer service, can really deliver significant savings in both time and money for our customers.”
