Corporate office FM specialist Anabas has strengthened its operations with the appointment of a Customer Experience Manager. This is a new role for the business which has been specially created to focus on developing its front of house staff for its growing client base.

Mark Murdoch joins Anabas from British Airways where he spent two years training cabin crew and pilots on communication in emergency situations, prior to which he was with Air New Zealand Airways for a decade. With over 20 years experience in the fields of customer service and training, he is a specialist in troubleshooting and looking through the customer eyes.

This strategic appointment follows the businesses recent relocation to larger offices in Darlington and further underpins its continued growth and aims to be recognised as the leading FM supplier for offices in the UK.

A successful 2015 and a flurry of recent new business wins has also driven the company to focus on the development of its staff to ensure that its service delivery is consistently high. Mark’s experience will ensure that training can be tailored for both individual roles and client requirements.

On his appointment Mark said; “Joining Anabas is an exciting new challenge for me. I am really looking forward to using my experience to help develop the team and to seeing this new role evolve over time. My training will aim to enhance the teams existing skills to help them to deliver the best possible service. “
