Anabas Facilities Management are currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join their busy team delivering Facilities Management Services to our expanding client base. The current role covers corporate office sites, major high street retailers and fitness clubs. You will be a highly organised and self motivated person. You will have a strong background in the FM industry with a strong bias towards cleaning, preferably within a retail/fitness environment. You will need to have strong customer service skills and well as being a superb people manager. You will primarily be responsible for:-
• People Management
• Management of cleaning services
• Sub contractor management
• Process management, development and results
• Customer management
• Health and Safety compliance
• Performance and financial reporting and administration
• IT Skills essential
You will have proven experience in a similar role and have a full clean driving licence.
