Working with a specialist retention company we have developed a modular training programme including a two part induction programme, attended by every employee. The training modules concentrate on helping staff:
- Develop the right attitude and approach
- Understand our clients’ businesses
- Keep up to date with the latest legislation
- Improve morale through team building and incentivising
