Performance management
Success to us means meeting our clients’ objectives. We use an online system called g2 metrix® which enables us to assess the various aspects of our actual service delivery.
The performance management system at Anabas is developed to measure our performance against your requirements. During the mobilisation phase we agree a series of measurements (KPI’s and KPO’s) that are developed from the contract specification and weight them according to a business criticality matrix. Objectives for our people are aligned to delivering these requirements and monitored monthly.

Forming the front-end of this system is g2 metrix® which provides simple access over the internet for our managers and clients to enter and review performance data. The system presents data in a traffic light priority display that provides the ability to “drill down” to identify individual services activities. |
Our structured approach to performance management and simple access to results through g2 metrix® provides our clients with peace of mind that services are being delivered to standard. The system produces a corrective action plan for any service failures which we proactively manage to improve future performance.
Process mapping
All of our processes are mapped visually into a process mapping tool. This allows task details to be captured and includes work instructions through to roles and responsibilities. We work with our clients, and use the agreed specification of services, to develop processes and procedures that allow our people to deliver best practice in service delivery. We are able to map core client processes and link interdependent processes through the models. These processes are output in HTML to our intranet site for easy accessibility.
Visibility of our processes provides our clients with the assurance that service delivery is being undertaken effectively and consistently.
