ANABAS IS JUST THE MEDICINE FOR UCB

Corporate Office FM specialist Anabas is celebrating its third new business win this year after being appointed to deliver soft FM services to global biopharmaceutical company UCB.  

Anabas will manage the smooth transition of services from UCB’s incumbent and the five year contract worth £3.2m will commence in April on UCB’s Slough campus which houses its global immunology research hub and the head office for its UK & Ireland commercial organisation.

The services provided will include Reception, Switchboard, Cleaning, Helpdesk, Postroom, Meeting Room set-up, Landscaping, Waste Services, Pest Control, Internal Planting and Window Cleaning.

On the appointment, Les O’Gorman, Director at UCB commented; “Anabas have impressed us at each stage of our procurement process with their professionalism and expert knowledge but most striking of all has been their passion for delivering superb levels of service and the enthusiasm of their entire team, we can’t wait to start working with the Anabas team!”
