ANABAS EYES GROWTH WITH RECENT RETENTIONS AND NEW FACILITIES MANAGEMENT WIN

Facilities Management specialist Anabas has continued to extend its reach in the delivery of facilities management to high quality office space, through a number of recent renewals and wins with a variety of corporate clients over recent months.

The boutique facilities management business was recently awarded a new contract with AbbVie, to deliver Facilities Management to the global biopharmaceuticals business. Anabas will support AbbVie in managing a range of facilities services at the company’s new UK headquarters in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The new contract includes the provision of facilities management including; M&E maintenance, cleaning, reception, security, catering, grounds maintenance and other related workplace services.

This follows a recent extension to Anabas’ existing relationship with Tribal, to deliver cleaning and maintenance services to the education and support services business. Having spent the last two years working with Tribal, Anabas has been awarded a new 3 year contract to include cleaning, mechanical and electrical maintenance and building fabric maintenance services across Tribal’s seven UK sites, including Tribal’s offices in Nottingham and Sheffield. The services will combine a mixture of on-site cleaning and mobile maintenance services to support Tribal in providing highly flexible FM services which complement the workspace.

The Anabas engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance at our offices are excellent and receive high praise from all of our Office Managers.”

Further to this, Anabas has also secured an extension to its existing contract with leading global accountancy firm Moore Stephens, which it has been working with since 2010. Following the firm’s recent merger with Chantrey Vellacott, Anabas will now provide mechanical and electrical services to a further three buildings in Reading, Birmingham and Northampton.
