ANABAS IN NEW FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CONTRACT WITH CALLCREDIT

Corporate office FM specialist Anabas has been appointed by consumer marketing and credit reference agency, Callcredit to manage its Facilities Management for the next three years at the firm’s head office.

The contract worth £1.5million will see Anabas providing a full range of facilities management services at Callcredit’s corporate 78,000 sq ft headquarters in Leeds city centre, which houses over 700 UK staff.

Anabas will be responsible for cleaning, M&E maintenance, building maintenance and FM helpdesk provision.

Alistair Craig, Managing Director at Anabas commented: “Our contract with Callcredit continues to extend our coverage throughout the UK.  As a boutique provider specialising in corporate offices, this contract with Callcredit reflects our core business and we look forward to working with them ongoing to support the business in its day to day operations at its headquarters in Leeds.”
